People Helping People — our aerie is volunteer-run and gives back to Renton year-round.
Giving back
Our members volunteer their time to support local charity drives, fundraisers and community causes. Every event we host helps fund the aerie's charitable work — that's the Eagles' motto, People Helping People, in action. Recent gifts reported by the Washington State Aerie include $5,000 from the Renton Aerie to Northwest Kidney Centers, and donations from the Renton Auxiliary #1722 to the UW Neuroscience Center and Northwest Kidney Centers.
